Who we are

WelRado designs websites for businesses. We run the Instagram account @welrado.

What this covers

WelRado Manager, the tool we use to post on @welrado and reply to comments and messages.

What we use

When you comment on our posts or message @welrado, Instagram sends our tool your comment or message, along with an ID number that Instagram creates for you. We use these only to reply to you.

What we keep

Our tool keeps only Instagram's ID numbers for comments and messages, so nobody gets the same reply twice. It doesn't save what you wrote. Your messages stay in Instagram as usual, and we can read them there to reply to you.

Automatic replies

Some of our replies are sent automatically, and we'll tell you when they are. You can ask for a person at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone. Instagram is run by Meta, and Meta's own privacy policy applies there.

Stopping and deleting

To stop our messages or delete what we hold about you, message @welrado and tell us. We'll do it as soon as we can.

Under 18

Our service is for business owners. If you're under 18, please don't send us your personal details.

Changes

We'll update this page before we change how we use your data.
